This policy explains what information Maria AI ("Maria AI", "we") collects through callmaria.app and our demo phone line, and how we use it.
What we collect
- Information you send us. If you fill out a form on this site, we receive what you enter: your name, business name, trade, phone number, email and message.
- Demo calls. If you call our demo line or talk to Maria on this site, the call is handled by voice AI and telephony providers. Demo calls may be recorded and transcribed so we can check and improve how Maria answers. Please don't share sensitive personal information on a test call.
- Basic technical data. Our web host may log standard information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit, for security and to keep the site running.
How we use it
- To reply to you about Maria and set her up for your business, if you ask us to.
- To run, check and improve Maria and this website.
- To keep the site and our services secure.
We do not sell your personal information.
Calls Maria answers for our customers
When Maria answers calls for a business that uses her, she collects the caller's details (such as name, phone number, address and what they need) and sends them to that business by text and email. That business decides how it uses those details. Callers with questions about a specific business's use of their information should contact that business.
Who we share it with
We share information only with the service providers that help us run Maria and this site, such as our web host, voice AI and telephony providers, and the tools that deliver form messages and call summaries, and only as needed for those purposes, or when the law requires it.
Cookies and tracking
This site does not use advertising cookies or analytics trackers today. If that changes, for example if we run ads that use a measurement pixel, we will update this page first.
Keeping and deleting information
We keep information only as long as we need it for the purposes above. To ask what we have about you, or to have it deleted, send a direct message to @callmaria.ai on Instagram.
Children
This site and Maria are for businesses. They are not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
